Darlene has been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years. She has worked in various professional settings over the course of her career including day spas, doctors offices and local schools and universities. She has training in Thai Massage I, Shiatsu for relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Cranio-Sacral. Polarity and Pregnancy massage. She relies heavily on her intuition and with strategic play, uses these modalities like tools in a tool kit. With the foundation laid for wanting to know all things helpful to the body, Darlene attended a Yogic Lifestyle and Teacher training course in 2005.
Darlene now finds a beautiful connection with massage as an applied yoga, her clients often attribute muscle rejuvenation, physical and mental restoration and pure relaxation as a benefit of her massage. Which compliments any wellness regimen. Darlene truly enjoys the complexities and simplicities of working with the human body.

She has worked with children, the elderly and those surviving debilitating illnesses. She is in continued awe of the body’s ability to heal itself and be aided by food, herbs, movement, breath and skilled practitioners.
